Mentoring undergraduates and building a diverse and inclusive community of researchers.

Come join us in a two-day program where we share ideas on building a diverse and inclusive community of researchers.

Undergraduate Research Institute in STEM

The goal of this program is to develop, share, and integrate research programs, ideas and experiences on best practices for mentoring undergraduate students in best practices for their research. Our secondary focus is to recruit students from diverse backgrounds to build an inclusive community of researchers. Moreover, this program prioritizes strategies to manage large numbers of undergraduate researchers in terms of time, scheduling and effective communication.
