Chemistry and Culture of Winemaking in France
Undertake a cultural and scientific learning experience through one of humanity's oldest chemical experiments, making wine. Students will explore the history, culture, and chemical expertise in France's Rhone valley, obtain certification from the INSEEC's wine and spirits tasting technique course, and learn from experts in the fields of vinification, glassblowing, bottling,and fragrance chemistry.More information »

Global Biotechnology India
This Education Abroad program in India gives our students the opportunity to study the advancement of Biotechnology in India with an emphasis with hands-on experiments in biotechnology at the Centre for food Technology and Research institution (CFTRI) in Mysore. Students will also learn about the role of biotechnology and its applications in the industry from Indian perspectives through guest lectures, scientists and doctoral students. Belize Marine Biology
This hands-on field course will introduce students to various tropical marine ecosystems utilizing the coast of Belize as its study site. The course will focus on the ecology of these systems as well as examining environmental impacts and conservation efforts as they relate to the cultures and politics of Belizean society. This is a course, not a tour, so our main objective in designing the mechanics of this class is to get you to look closely, and to synthesize what you see!More Information »
